  • We operate in compliance with EPA, ADEC, OSHA, DOT, and all regulatory groups to protect our people, our communities and the environment. 

  • We maintain inventories of environmental protection and response products to ensure other businesses are equipped to protect against environmental release. 

  • We have Oil Spill Contingency Plans as required by our regulators.

We share a single Code of Ethical Business Conduct and our employees are encouraged to speak up to ensure our work environments adhere to the highest standards of integrity and safety. In mid-2020, NorthStar began using GivingTrax to manage our corporate giving. While our Giving Program has been active for well over 10 years, moving to this platform reset our tracking. However, we believe that transparency moving forward is more important than number in the past. Here, our employees can track their personal giving and volunteer time and non-profits can make grant requests.
